How do I file a tax credit?

Filing a tax credit that benefits Camp Colton is easy! Just follow these four steps:

1. Write a check payable to the FUSD school of your choice.

2. Write Camp Colton in the Memo line of your check.

3. Deliver or mail your check to FUSD-Tax Credit Program at 3285 E. Sparrow Ave. Flagstaff, AZ 86004.

4. Make your donation before December 31st to qualify for the 2007 tax season.
